![]() The show will only continue for as long as they can find spots because otherwise there a better games for the pros to sit at WITHOUT revealing their tendencies. If I were a spot, I would/could only tolerate so much losing before I stopped. If I were a pro, I’d only want to sit at a table with Andy, Garrett, and Gal (clearly a tough as nails table with a profitable TAG, LAG, and Maniac) if there are clear targets for me too. So if your “friend” Nick or Ryan invites you to this game and you’re not a pro, they’re looking for a spot so that the pros are willing to sit. That’s why the non-pro players that play once on Friday just to cross something off their bucket list are doing it right. ![]() They might win on some nights, but after a larger sample, the spots confirm they’re just there to be eaten alive and think better of it. I think the whales intellectually understand it’s an uneven match, but I think they don’t realize just how much their disadvantage is magnified by Hustler’s super deep stack format*.
